Return to the Fire

There comes a time in every man’s life when the old story no longer fits —
when the mask gets heavy, the distractions lose their grip,
and something deeper starts to stir.

This is that time.

MARCH MENS RETREAT ~ RETURN TO THE FIRE

Dates: March 19th-22nd 2026

Location: Bhundoo Bush Cottages - 1364A Yadboro Rd, Yadboro NSW 2539

This retreat lands at the beginning of autumn, a natural threshold for shifting gears, slowing down, and reflecting on what no longer serves us. It invites us to ask what we are still carrying and to lay down the unnecessary weight. Autumn is a season to strip back to the bare essentials, gaining clarity on what truly matters, and to realign with ourselves, with other men, and with the living world around us. This gathering marks the fifth Brothers of Bhundoo retreat held on the land, shaped by the learnings, depth, and trust built through those that have come before.

Regardless of life’s circumstances, when a man reconnects with himself and his emotions, moving from head to heart, body to spirit, and restores or deepens his relationship with loved ones and the land, clarity emerges and new potential becomes available.

Return to Fire is a four day men’s retreat designed to help men slow down, reconnect, and remember what truly matters.

Life can be hectic, and being given the space to simply be, without needing to perform or prove anything, is a rare gift. This camp offers time to reset, gain clarity around life’s challenges, and gently lay down the armour we often carry. To be fully yourself, held in the presence of brothers who can meet you there, is a powerful experience, one that naturally ripples out into the lives of those who matter most to you.

This gathering is not only about reflection. It is also about adventure, play, joy, and laughter. It is about sharing stories and speaking truth, trusting that when these are voiced, the wisdom and healing required can emerge.

Over the weekend, we gather on the land and around the fire to reconnect through honest conversation, shared experience, ritual, stillness, and brotherhood. There is space to speak, space to listen, and space to simply be.

No fixing.
No performance.
Just real men, real connection, and grounded presence.
